Denis Romanello is naturally from Brazil but lived in Australia for over five years, where he started his career in the apparel industry. He built a solid experience in managing product development, marketing strategies, art direction, and global sourcing, with extensive knowledge of planning results-driven business. Graduating as a Graphic Designer in Australia he extended his knowledge by heading to the fashion industry acquiring an aesthetics and fashion business post-graduation degree at USP - University of São Paulo, one of the most important federal universities in South America. Specialized in menswear category focusing at sustainable apparel development, 10 years ago Denis founded the first eco e-commerce along the sports industry through an authorial brand called “Green Minds”. Counting with a creative team working remotly, nowadays he helps brands all over the world to create attractive and engaging stories and principles throughout developing apparel collections and marketing strategies emphasizing results and brand positioning.
In the initial approach we have a conversation about the problems that need to be solved, the brand's objectives, positioning, competitors, sales environment and we build a persona.
We set up research based on products, colors, details, and trends. We collect insight into competitors, their products, and brand positioning. With all this information gathered, we put together a moodboard and mapping focused on the persona created previously.
Based on the information collected so far and the brand's intentions and objectives, we put together a proposal made up of drafts, indications, and observations in a very informal way for the client's first solution approval.
At this stage, we create the final technical specification sheets to give all the information and details necessary for the development of the products and their prototype.
With the products decided and all their technical information and details, we prospect suppliers capable of carrying out the development considering production quantity, costs and level of difficulty in building the product.
Suppliers chosen, development started. We follow all construction stages, questions and product details. We approve the final prototype and negotiate the total cost of the product and the development and operation package.
